As a three-year-old Caleb is more adventurous than ever before. He took us on a fun Adventure yesterday. We were at the dollar store and Caleb wanted us to show him how hula hoops worked. Ryan tried first. He sure looked like he was enjoying himself but it was clear it was his first attempt. I got quite a few Giggles out of it. Next was my turn and I was pretty confident since I had a past full of successful hula hooping. Unfortunately my skills have faded with time. Caleb took his turn and he must get his skills from us because he promptly spun around and hit his head on the corner of the display. So after a trip to urgent care, 5 stitches, a pretty good night sleep (and some macaroni and cheese powder) this is the result. He was pretty brave.
